A small group of independently run London pubs & restaurants:
The Albion, The Pig & Butcher, The Princess of Shoreditch & Bistro Sablé.
Our menus are built on the Noble Inns ethos of sourcing ingredients with the utmost provenance, from dayboat fish to game from the Royal estates, bringing honesty and clarity to every dish. We also collect our fruit and vegetables fresh each morning from New Spitalfields Market, ensuring the very best seasonal produce. Across the group, our food and hospitality have earned us 2 AA Rosettes, a place in the Michelin Guide, and recognition in the Evening Standard’s Top 50 Gastro Pubs.
To complement our food, we take pride in our thoughtfully curated wine lists and great selection of local beers.
